Perfect for Families on the Go
The staff was extraordinarily friendly, always smiling, which made you feel welcome right from check-in. The breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs, cooked just the way I like them. My kids loved it, and it was a great start to our day. They even remembered my son's name, that’s something you don’t see every day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap for what you get, but still acceptable.

The CEO suite was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for a family. The swimming pool was a decent size and warm, making it a great way to relax. However, some aspects could improve, such as limited dining options nearby, which necessitated rideshare for meals. Also, the check-in process could be smoother to enhance the overall experience.

The location is excellent, being close to the airport and various shopping spots. My room was spacious and quiet, which was a big plus. However, I did face some challenges with the elevator and the restaurant service that could use improvement.

The location was perfect for checking out the entertainment complex with tons of dining options. We enjoyed some live music. Don’t miss the seasonal courtyard—great for outdoor events and relaxing. Rooms were comfy and clean, which is always a win for group trips.
The only downside was the limited shuttle service. The wait times at the airport can be a drag after a long flight, especially when you're tired.

delightfully cozy stay with friendly staff and convenient transportation, loved the room service!
Immaculate hotel, cozy beds, attentive staff.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19heated poolnearby restaurantsoutdated decor
The indoor heated pool offers a nice retreat, even if it could be warmer. Conveniently located near several restaurants, it’s easy to grab a bite without venturing too far.
Overall, the hotel feels outdated, with decor that hasn’t seen a refresh in years. The parking situation is less than ideal, with narrow spaces and an extra fee that feels excessive for a suburban area. If you're looking for healthy dining options, you're out of luck. it's mostly pizza and greasy food, making it hard to maintain a decent diet. The noise from the conference rooms can cut into your peace, particularly if you end up staying near one, and the limited hours for the bar and restaurant can be frustrating when you're looking for a late-night bite or drink. Additionally, the gym's hours don’t fit every traveler's schedule, which could be a dealbreaker for those who prioritize fitness.

Convenient Location with Comfortable Rooms
We enjoyed our stay with comfy bedding and great shower facilities. The easy access to the airport shuttle made our travels a breeze. However, be sure to ask for a room away from the main road for a quieter night. The pool was a letdown since it was closed during our visit.

The room was super comfy! The bed and pillows felt like clouds, and the whole vibe was pretty chill. I loved that it was quiet, even in a busy area. Everything was clean, and I had no issues at all with the temperature or anything. Nice touches like a mini-fridge and a big TV made it feel homey. Overall, I just really enjoyed the space and slept great!

The Crowne Plaza offered a clean room with reasonable amenities, though some aspects felt dated and in need of renewal. Parking was somewhat chaotic during a busy weekend, adding stress. Still, it was conveniently located for shopping and had a decent atmosphere for relaxing. Overall, I wouldn’t rule out a return visit.
